I have posted a blog post before regarding a bad customer service a few months back. & ytd i experienced it again ! Hell..The sales personnel happens to be an auntie again,in her 50s i guess .
Why mus customer service be so bad these days?argh ...
I wanted to look for some hair spray for my frizzy hair which makes me feel vy annoying these days ,and hoping to look for a good hair spray which can really help and improve my hair condition .Im not good in hair products and that is why i wanted to look around places to places to compare which product is better according to my preference.
And so, i decided to step into this beauty shop located along Bugis village,beside a Thai restaurant.
When i enter that shop, this old woman approached me," how can i help you, Miss?"
I jus replied her," Im jus looking around." as, since im not sure if im gonna purchase any item in this shop or not,i don't want to trouble her for serving me and that she can serve other customers around.
My words did not make her go away,and she kept on following me and asked if i was looking for anything. And so ,since she insisted in helping me, i asked her if the shop is selling any hair spray for dry/frizzy hair ... She showed and explained to me the usage of the product to what i'd asked her ,with artifical smile and rude tone and phrases. She demostrated on how to use the product unwillingly.

When i asked her is there any other products apart from that one,she replied/loud voice which sounded like scolding someone,in Mandarin,"Oh,nonono, I tell you hor, we only have this, one and only hor! I tell you because you have dry hair, so you can only use this" (Repeatedly telling me i have dry hair loudly, as if like idk my hair condition myself)

So since,there's only 1 product, you can't expect me to buy straight away right? It is not cheap anyway .I have to look around and consider whether if it does suit me. I DON'T SPEND MY MONEY AWAY SO EASILY PLS, im not that spendthrift .. So i jus said,"oh well, then i shall look around first and i will come bck later if i think it suits me." What i expect from a good customer service is that ,"Alright then/It is alright, do feel free to look around/come bck again!" and with a smile . But guess what ,she glared her popping eyes at me and gave me that attitude/fucked up look as if she was saying with expression," Please get lost, don't waste my time. " It is a vy obvious bad servicing with that kind of look . My boyfriend witnessed it also.
And we totally cursed her after that.
